You can’t hear the accompanying video music called “Resurrection” without thinking about the moving and poignant film “The Passion of the Christ”.
What a privilege to attend Holy Mass and to be in a state of grace and receive Jesus into our hearts and bodies.
Mary of Agreda tells us that one of Mary’s favourite passages from the Psalms which she often repeated to herself was:
“How can I repay the Lord for his goodness to me?”
This Psalm continues with the answer…
“The cup of salvation I will raise I will call on the Lord’s name”
This refers to the chalice of salvation of the Precious Blood of Jesus offered up for our sins in each Holy Mass.
May this video fill us with joy at the Lord’s goodness to us, let us raise up the cup of salvation in the Lord’s name. We are so blessed to have the Holy Mass for which the martyrs in all ages died, as witnesses to this great Mystery.
